This comfortable double storey home has an open plan living, kitchen and dining upstairs along with the master bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The living area features a smart TV, and a wood heater which warms the house beautifully in the cooler months. Floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors to a small balcony with Weber BBQ, provides a lovely treed, outlook to the lake Downstairs has a spacious Tv room with smart TV, a study nook under the stairs with monitor, a small queen bedroom and adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 2 sets of bunks and a sofa. Downstairs has its own access from outside through sliding glass doors into the TV room. There is a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and sink. Outside there is plenty of space for parking, including trailers with water craft. There is a spacious seated fire pit area, an ideal spot for conversation under the stars.
